The purpose of this hero is to be a new type of support to support spell casters

Minute Hand
Cogs grabs an allied or enemy target and spends it effortlessly 180 degrees, damaging and stunning the unit if it’s an enemy. Any enemy units in the landing area will also be damaged and stunned.

SLOW DOWN
Decreases movespeed of an enemy by 85%. disarms for 3/4/5 seconds, every enemy surrounding the target but the target is silenced for the disarm period.

STOP & WATCH
Freezes the mana pool of an ally or enemy. and Provides vision in a 4500 area around enemy or ally

Nano (PASSIVE ULTIMATE)
Reduces cooldowns by 75% and mana cost by 75%. and makes all allied cast ranges GLOBAL. (including dragon slave)

AGHNIMS SHARD
causes all allied abilities cast anywhere on the map to heal allies and self surrounding Handwell.
